Brian Ruisinger has more than 20 years of financial services experience. For approximately the last 10 years, Mr. Ruisinger has been the CFO of various banking organizations, ranging from $200 million to $2 billion in assets, with a wide range of responsibilities. As a CPA, Mr. Ruisinger practiced as a public accountant for 9 years prior to beginning his banking career. This included experience with a "Big 4" firm, in addition to a large regional accounting firm specializing in banks and financial institutions.
Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer
Ray Russell, an Arizona native, graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in both Accounting and Finance. Mr. Russell has over 28 years of experience in the Phoenix banking market. He was previously employed as a Regional Credit Officer for a local bank. Mr. Russell also served as a Senior Credit Management Officer where he maintained an individual $8 million credit approval authority and was involved in many of the credit decisions required in connection with a combined portfolio responsibility in excess of $600 million.
Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
Connie Greene was born in Longmont, Colorado and moved to Phoenix in 1975. Ms. Greene has over 24 years of experience in various areas of banking including loan and deposit operations, product implementation, system applications, executive administration, accounting and human resources. Connie joined Bank 1440 in March 2007 while it was still in organization.
Senior Vice President and Compliance Manager
Elsa Cortez was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Phoenix in 1999. Ms. Cortez has over 33 years of diverse community banking experience including branch, retail and sales management, training, new product development, branch network administration, deposit operations and compliance. Elsa joined Bank 1440 in March 2007 while it was still in organization.
